
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change appointment, just let us know at least 72 hours in advance. If not, we’ll have to charge you 50% of your booking, and you’ll lose any deposits paid. Thanks for understanding!
NO SHOWS
We totally get that life can throw some surprises your way but if you miss your appointment and don't give us a heads up, we'll need to charge you in full for the service you booked. This helps us keep things running smoothly and avoid losing out financially.
CONSULTATIONS
At Ciannas Hair Lounge, we require a consultation for all colour and extension appointments. This allows our stylists to prepare effectively, ensuring you make the most of your time with us. During your consultation, you will meet your stylist, share inspiration photos, and discuss your desired look to see what can be achieved. We can’t wait to help you achieve your perfect style!
DEPOSITS
When booking online or in salon we require a 50% non refundable deposit.
These deposits will be deducted from your total bill on the day of appointment. You can also roll your deposit over to your next appointment with us. Deposits can be transferrable to another booking as long as its outside of the 72 hour window.
PATCH TESTING
At Ciannas Hair Lounge we follow strict policies involving skin testing. We require you to have a skin test at least 48hrs before your colour. If you react, unfortunately we cannot carry out the service. If you have not had a colour in the salon in the last six months we will require another skin test
STRAND TESTING
We’d all love to have darker skin and lighter hair but sometimes it’s just not possible. In some cases a clients hair is not strong enough or has previously been lightened and therefore cannot proceed with any more lightening services until the hair is repaired. When our colourists see you for your consultation they may require a strand test to see if your hair will lighten and remain in healthy condition
EXTRA LONG OR THICK
If you are lucky enough to have extra long or thick hair, please make us aware when you are booking so that we give our stylists enough time to complete your service. Colours and treatments will incur a surcharge for any extra product used and extra time taken
PARKING
Unfortunately we do not have our own car park however it is free to park on the high street for two hours. If you are in for a colour or large appointment we ask you to park at Sainsbury’s in Borough Field which is a two minute walk from the salon. It is a pay and display or can be paid on your phone
